Our Gender Equality Plan reflects these core principles. While our current plan is tailored to the size and needs of our young company, we are dedicated to making it ever more comprehensive as we grow. This plan sets out our commitments and actions to foster gender equality, ensure equal opportunities for everyone, and create an environment where all voices are valued and respected.

We view the Gender Equality Plan as a living document - open to staff input and subject to regular review, so it will evolve with us as our organisation develops. Equality is not just a policy for us, but a shared priority and a central part of who we are.
